Three people arrested within a 10 hour period on suspicion of drink driving. A 34 year old female stopped on the motorway blew 88 on the roadside breath test A 31 Year old male blew 71 and a 44 year old female blew 119. The legal limit is 35! All 3 have now been charged.

*** COVID 19 BREACH*** Michaela SMITH & Stephen KENNY have both been charged and remanded for Assault on an emergency worker, Racially aggravated public order and breach of COVID 19 after Kenny attempted to bit the PCSO's arm.They will appear in court tomorrow morning.

Town centre, Milkstone & Deeplish officers have tonight stopped a vehicle on Ashfield Road. Driver and passenger detained, quantity of drugs and cash seized, vehicle lifted. Driver and passenger arrested for drug offences, driver also arrested for drug driving.

We have received a number of complaints in relation to off road bikes causing issues in the Rochdale area in recent weeks. Local officers and PCSOs seized these bike last week in the Wardleworth area.

Forever Amnesty Bee has come to the borough of Rochdale. The bee is made from surrendered knives and guns that have been made into a thought-provoking sculpture to symbolise GM intolerance to all forms of violent behaviour. The Bee will be at Milnrow Youth Centre until 4pm
