My grandfather won't make it this time, my father called to let us know he lost sight, hearing and is barely awake anymore, he's stable but there is nothing else to do anymore and it's all a matter of time. He lived his life and now it's time. I'l be silent for a few days sorry

Today is the last day my grandfather will be with us and is only a matter of hours now. We already said goodbye to eachother since the hospital won't allow us to be there when it happens so we ended in good terms. He told me he is happy that the pain is all over. I trust him.

Just received a call from my aunt, 30 min ago my grandpa left us forever, during his last hour he was lucid enough to say that he was happy it was all over and felt at peace. I'll miss him, but I'm just glad he stopped suffering. Thank you all for your messages up until now.

I'm so glad SoT it's the way it is. Hop in, do literally whatever you want for as long as you want, then dip out when you feel you had enough. If the game wouldn't kick me for inactivity after a while, I'd honestly just leave it in the background to listen to the sea.
