Here we go, Ru-MOP!! Thanks to the mixed valency of Ru2(II,III) paddlewheels, the Ru-MOP is cationic. The neutralization initiates the self-assembly of MOPs to form porous gels. The work was posted on @ChemRxiv and is now published in @ChemicalScience !!
