Enjoying every time I hear: "Why am I even talking to a dog in the first place?"
I have few original thoughts but if you follow me I guarantee you 72 virgins!
In WW2 the US bombed Heroshima to save the lives of its soldier in a conflict thousands of miles from its shores. There was no immediate threat of a civilian attack then - but this was justified and moral.
Now do Gaza and Lebanon. The math works.
@eyeslasho
I think the general assumption is that it's a form of virtue signaling. Generally it's some 30-year-old wearing a cloth mask that wouldn't stop a common cold.
@ProfDBernstein
Anyone want to join me in setting up an encampment to protest against black people being allowed on campus? I would just love to see how far that gets and which presidents will negotiate with me.
@Osint613
He's just stating the obvious, logical, approach that any normal country would take. What other country would send their soldiers in to fend off RPG hits so they can protect Hamas supporters?
@eyeslasho
@danwilliamsphil
Eh, things like the Russian colusion hoax and the ignoring of the Hunter Biden laptop story show how much affect the bias can have when it comes to dissemination.
@Osint613
II love hearing them stumble through the Hebrew/Aramaic transliteration. First time they saw this text probably. "Breku". Sounds like "Boku".
@themarziestmar
The concentration camp comparison is, of course, evil.
But Gaza got what it wanted: tunnels, RPG's, Islamic rule, rockets, a large standing military. These are not very productive assets but that's what the society wanted. You should be jubilant.
@Osint613
@yoavgallant
I think they didn't realize that tunnels might be good for hiding hostages but terrible for fighting. It's like they dig their own graves.
@academic_la
It looked fake - the fire seemed superimposed. But with that said every IDF soldier should not release a single picture no matter how innocuous.
@academic_la
And you believe that with a ceasefire it's safe to return to the North? And that Hezbollah is not waiting for the day (1 year from now, maybe 10) where they do far worse?
@ProfDBernstein
The Jews number one priority should have been protecting the Amalikite civilians. So what if the Jews took some loses.
And yeah, underlying all of this leftist philosophy is this desire to see the Jews bleed.
@WayneGb88
I'm waiting for post-Ramadan to go back to London for work. I don't want to walk through Oxford St or Mayfair and have Afganistan shoved in my face more than usual.
We need to start talking about Palestinian Arab reparations to Israel once the war is over. If Israel spends $25b+ to fight this there needs to be just compensation. Not to mention the value of lives lost and IDF soldiers forced to endure the trauma of war.
@GatorNanaJag
I don't understand how every Gaza parent is not out on the streets there marching and demanding Hamas surrender... How deep does the rot go?
@afalkhatib
With you until you start claiming this is a war crime. The only war crime is that the IDF risks its soldiers' lives to try to reduce harm to your civilian populace that overhwelmingly supports Hamas.
@DavidADaoud
It's such a bizzare lie. What Jew was ever taken into an Arab's home in Israel? The Arabs did everything they could to prevent entry of Jews into Israel while the Holocaust was happening. Without Arab pressure on the British during WWII millions more Jews would be alive.
The fundamental obligation of a government is to protect its people from outside threats. That includes immigrants from countries with low IQ's and an embrace of dark and evil theologies. We need to separate from them before we go into decline.
@dylanotes
Calling the fighting in Gaza a genocide dishonors the memory of all the Jews who perished in a true Genocide. Falsely accusing the IDF of atrocities is exactly a blood-libel. Standing with the accusers is no different than standing with the villagers with the pitch-forks.
@VerminusM
All Gaza supports Hamas. There is no version of Gaza 2.0 that is safe for Israel. The only right strategy is just to leave Gaza in ruins and wait for the people there to leave on their own.
@IdoHalbany
It's just bizzare to see people trotting out the 2SS after this. Ask any of these Western leftists if they would hedge the 2SS and sacrafice their children.
@VerminusM
I think Israel brings this on itself by doing stupid things that no one else would like telling people when they are going to bomb a building, bringing food to Hamas, evacuating the people who support Hamas. It sets a bad precedent for how war s/b fought.
@afalkhatib
How come not a single one has turned on Hamas or helped the IDF locate hostages or Hamas operatives? All reports back from the fighting are of no cooperation from the locals.
@MarkZlochin
The irony of this is that at this point saying "war crime" has lost all meaning. "Oh, look, an Israeli soldier riding on a bike - war crime!"
We’re doing something big, but I need your help. Tomorrow we are convening a world summit to end UNRWA and find alternative solutions for development aid without terrorism. I need 100,000 signatures by tomorrow for the petition to Guterres. Sign & share:
@AvivaKlompas
A hundred thousand Hammas sympathizers march in London. You will see Isis banners but not a single call to release the hostages and to stop bombing Israel.
Hopefully Israel will understand that there is no Peace partner here.
@hebagowayed
Yes, you unite all sorts of Jew-hating fanatics. If you can strap a bomb on yourself or shoot at cars driving on a freeway you can be a Pali activist. Wonderful people. When do you look into the mirror and ask yourself why have you given nothing to this world but violence?
@strxwmxn
@joerogan
@ComicDaveSmith
Underlying this nonsense is the idea that the Arabs have 0 agency and the Jews complete agency. Israel is responsible for everything that Hamas does - but Hamas itself just a victim of (Jewish) circumstance.
@ProfDBernstein
If it was five white guys in sombreros demanding that DACA students be expelled for being in the country illegally. They would be kicked out and the school would open a counselling center for students affected by the short-lived display.
@academic_la
I don't know what to think. On one hand the PA has been effective in creating relative stability in its areas. On the other hand the pay-to-slay and the open Jew hatred...
@AnneEstellaRock
People like to make fun of those interviews with kids on campus who are out there supporting Hamas. They don't know which river or which sea. But the joke is on us - they don't care what river or what Sea. They know it's Israel; they know it's Jews. That's all they need.
@nosmh_x
It's commical watching the West force a pretend solution onto Israel that few in the Arab world supports. Meanwhile the Jihadi's are perfectly clear about the massive genocide that they lust after.
@VerminusM
This is not a positive thing. The sharp spike in alleged fatalities in Gaza preceded the release of hostages. Israel didn’t chose war but now that war was thrust upon it – the IDF must execute mercilessly to win.
@PaliHistory
Yes, but not paid. After all the violence they should be paying - something like the original immigrants to the US who had to work off their debts for a few years.
@afalkhatib
Why can't your family and their non-involved friends help the IDF find and eliminate Hamas? Everyone would win. The IDF is continuously reaching out and asking for help.
@GAZAWOOD1
@CherylWroteIt
And also the incredible prevalence of cameras everywhere. Why is there a throng of "journalists" (ie dipshts with iphones) waiting always at every hospital?
@academic_la
Everyone needs to take responsibility. The left for thinking that there was a peace partner and the right for thinking that a light touch was the best way to maintain the situation.
@ProfDBernstein
The protected class thing is just out of hand. Can't we better work towards a world where the protections are minimal? (accommodation for holidays, disabilities, etc. - and that's it) We can cut university bureaucracy by 80% and probably decommission many worthless programs.
