The 5 key @MungoFoundation management personnel received a 17.19% increase in their total employee benefits costs in the year to 31st March 2023. So there is some money for pay increases in the sector after all? @MareeToddMSP @r_cackett @unisonscot @ccpscotland @MathesonMichael

This story was in @Daily_Record . The @CareInspect grade of 2 or WEAK should have been listed in the matrix of grades published by @MungoFoundation in their 2022 accounts. As per screenshot it is not listed amongst the grades for that period. @MareeToddMSP

The @MungoFoundation does not want anyone to see their operational performance for the latest reporting period. The tables (shown in attachments) from previous annual reports is missing. How can vulnerable service users & their families see a review of their @CareInspect grades?

We are aware that @MungoFoundation read our output, e.g. they added a bio of trustee K Drugan to their website after 6 months. We ask them then, which annual report are the two WEAK @CareInspect grades in? They were from a July 21 inspection & they featured in the @Daily_Record

CEO Tricia Donnelly sat on the @SLCek board for 4 years until March this year, for part of her tenure she was the Senior Independent Member. @AuditScotland found a number of areas where @SLCek did not fully comply with the Code of Good Governance for Colleges. 2/4

Into November and the very next day after signing off the 2021 accounts, trustee, committee chair & @ICASaccounting member Fraser Robertson resigned suddenly. This left the board without an accountant or a lawyer which has still not been rectified by the chair of trustees. 5/7

The deserved increase from £12 to £13 for Zoe is not even half of the % increase, 17.2% v 8.3%, @ccpscotland member @MungoFoundation gave to its 5 key management personnels total compensation. The figures are revealed in their latest audited accounts just published days ago.

In the New Year another trustee, Antony Smith, quits on 16th January. The fourth in just ten months. The Deputy CEO & Director of Finance, Irene Saunders, also suddenly left in January. She was replaced by interim FD, Ian Elrick, an ex Loretto Care colleague of the chair. 6/7

In their most recent annual report, social care charity @MungoFoundation chose not to reveal to service users and taxpayers who their new "legal employment law advisors" were. They were at pains to stress it was a "robust procurement Process" So who is it and why the reticence?

Dear @HumzaYousaf @MareeToddMSP @ccpscotland an interesting side fact is that @partnersforinc CEO @j9manc was on the Mungo Foundation board that authorised a 17.2% rise to their five member executive team pay package. This was revealed in the recently published '23 annual report.

The @MungoFoundation Chairperson, Cathy Fallon, received ANOTHER trustee's resignation letter on Monday 8th. Daniel Adams has resigned, that is now eight resignations since January 22. Do service users get to know why so many suddenly leave?

The first two takeaways from the @MungoFoundation 2023 annual report are; 1) Their @CareInspect grades have declined so much that they're just not sharing them. 2) The five directors have seen a near 20% increase in their total benefit package. @SM_GCHSCP @GCHSCP @erhscp @NAHSCP

Only weeks before she became Chair of the @MungoFoundation "Catherine Teresa Fallon" set up her own consultancy, Innisfree Consulting Ltd. She then used "Cathy Fallon" to register with @CompaniesHouse for the Mungo role. She actually has a third profile too with a different DoB?
