It ainβt easy. Started boxing at 5 years old. Turned pro at 18. Became a trainer at 27. My entire life has been about boxing. Itβs still about boxing. It will always be about boxing and a fight for my life. This is who I am.

Thank you, Manny. Youβve been with me longer than any boxer Iβve ever worked with. Iβm grateful for that. Thank you very much for the birthday post today. Thank you
@MannyPacquiao
One of my favorite moments - seeing
@MannyPacquiao
beat Margarito to become an 8-Division World Champion. There will never be another Manny Pacquiaoβ¦never.

Let's clear this up now before I lose a friend in
@JoshTaylorBoxer
. When I came into the media center on Friday, after Manny's weigh-in, I was asked about Josh being Manny's next opponent. I responded with, "Who's Josh Taylor," because (1 of 3)
Iβve always said inactivity is the biggest sin in boxing. Keep moving right now whether itβs shadow boxing, jumping rope, push-ups...anything that keeps you in shape as we all do our best to get through these days

Indonesian boxer Hero Tito died after several days of being in a coma due to injuries suffered in a fight last Sunday in Jakarta. Tito, whose real name is Heru Purwanto, was 35 yrs old. Rest In Peace, Hero. Condolences to the family and all those affected by his tragic passing.
I can neither confirm or deny that I am in talks with
@KevinI
about training him for a rumored fight with
@DanRafael1
, or the possibility that
@the_ironsheik
and I will train Kevin and be in his corner.
Happy Birthday, Johnny. You are missed, champ. From an old interview with Sports Illustrated in 2002 - βJohnny sees things well. Sometimes by the book, it would be wrong to do the things Johnny does, but heβs such a natural fighter, he gets away with it.

Manny has fought as a welterweight since 2009, with the exception of Margarito at super welterweight. The rest of my quote, which seems to have been buried, was: "We have never been offered that fight, no one's ever talked about that fight. (2 of 3)
"Itβs not something thatβs out there. Yeah, heβs a multi-time world champion, but itβs not something thatβs been spoken about. So how can I give you a good answer? I canβt.β It's all in this article. Of course I know Josh. He's my friend. (3 of 3)
Rest In Peace, Willie Savannah ... another loss in the boxing world. Condolences to the Savannah family and to all who knew him ...

13 years ago I was presented this special WBC belt by my friend Miguel on behalf of the WBC. This was the first time any trainer in boxing was given a belt by the WBC and it was a great honor. What a great memory. Thank you, again, to the WBC and Miguel.
@TooFred
Several of you guys have brought up the (in)activity of today's elite boxers. You have a great point. Back in 1997 Oscar De La Hoya fought 5 times(!!). It sealed his superstardom Here's my story on it from the summer...
