Retail parks, supermarkets and out-of-town developments have thrived while many of our town centres have suffered.
The Welsh Government can innovate business rates to spark town centre regeneration and bring life to our high streets.

Despite their huge positive impact, many community health organisations receive no funding to meet their growing demand.
The Welsh Government must step up and support these organisations that ease pressures on local authorities and health boards.
@PlaidAnabledd
is still collecting feedback on accessibility of polling stations across Wales, after receiving reports disabled & ND people faced barriers when voting in person.

A record 2,330 incidents this year - up from 1,088 in 2022-23. This is a tragic situation that should never have been allowed to develop.
Profit has no place in our prisons - Parc prison must be brought into public control.
This is damning - the Welsh Government has consistently claimed it wants to see the Crown Estate devolved to Wales, but it has done *nothing* to make that a reality. 1/
Proof that Welsh Government is not serious when it says it is seeking devolution of the Crown Estate.
The Crown Estate should be devolved to Wales, as it is in Scotland.
New polling on voting intentions at a Senedd election suggests that Plaid Cymru is running just 1% behind Labour - a finding that raises the possibility of Rhun ap Iorwerth becoming First Minister in less than two years’ time ✍️
@ShiptonMartin
Much has been made in recent weeks of Starmer's flagship energy proposal, Great British Energy.
This is gearing up to become yet another vehicle for extracting Wales's resources.
We cannot accept this - time to cut out the middleman and take ownership for Wales's benefit.
It's pretty explicit here - as
@GutoOwenH2
has consistently made clear - that Great British Energy is about extracting Welsh resources to subsidise England.
Wales does have an ownership problem, which GB Energy not only will not address - it will make it worse.
Plus ça change.
Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to tell us their experiences of accessibility, or lack of, when voting in person.

The Crown profits at Wales's expense…
Crown Estate land and assets should be owned by and for the people of Wales.
It's a scandal that our natural resources are exploited while Welsh communities are left in need.
"King to receive extra £45M from Crown Estate profits." Profits that should be invested in our people and communities, not Buckingham Palace‼️
Plaid Cymru believes the
#CrownEstate
should be devolved to Wales, as it is to Scotland 🏴
We are disappointed that the new UK Labour
@NPTCouncil
are steadfast and dedicated to working with the community & the industries involved.
I fully agree with
@Plaid_Cymru
's
@FletcherPlaid
- steel needs to be nationalised.
Protecting the production of virgin steel & supporting our industries.

🚨 NEWYDD 🚨
Pleidleisiodd Llafur heno yn erbyn cael gwared ar y cap dau blentyn, polisi Torïaidd creulon sy’n cosbi 1.6 miliwn o blant heb unrhyw fai arnyn nhw.
Ni bleidleisiodd yr un AS Llafur o Gymru o blaid cael gwared ar y cap.
🚨 BREAKING 🚨
Labour tonight voted against scrapping the two-child cap, a cruel Tory policy which punishes 1.6 million children through no fault of their own.
No Welsh Labour MP voted to scrap the cap.
