Chuck Roast - Brisket Style! Shout out to @BluesBBQNY as I saw his post last week. Found I had one in the freezer so tried it out for the first time. I’m now a huge fan! This is an incredibly approachable way to feed those brisket cravings without all the work of a brisket.

Smoked Chuck Roast! Did this brisket style with a slight twist. I had a bunch of fat drippings from a pork belly so used that in place of tallow at the wrap stage. Turned out great! Love this cut! Happy Sunday everyone! #BBQ
