Nice and easy pace from start to finish🤗. There was no point were I felt like I was pushing hard or felt like I was dying. No complications nothing, no bra/tight chafing, no black toes, no blisters,no running stomach. I'm still asking myself how🤔. Yazin it was a blessed day🤞🏾🙏🏾

Alot has happened on this run. At 8km my right feet just became numb, I kept going. Then I got lost🤦🏾‍♀️. At the end of it I just broke in tears 😢. This run was supposed to make me feel better. I have no idea why but I'm so overwhelmed by feelings of emptyness #FetchYourBody2022
