-well-defined circumscribed spherical non-enhancing intra-axial cystic lesion
-lies in the territory of the middle cerebral artery
-cyst fluid is isointense with CSF in all pulse sequences

The “stack of coins” sign typically indicates the presence of a small-bowel hematoma. This sign is seen on plain films or MDCT images and represents adjacent, thickened folds with sharp demarcation and crowding of the valvulae conniventes.

Although extremely rare, brucellosis may present initially with sepsis.Brucellosis should be considered in the Ddx of sepsis, particularly in endemic regions or when the patient fails to respond to broad- spectrum antibiotic regimen.
The water-lily sign, also known as the camalote sign, is seen in hydatid infections when there is detachment of the endocyst membrane which results in floating membranes within the pericyst that mimic the appearance of a water lily.
PRES= bilateral vasogenic oedem in the parietal and occipital lobes .
It can also involve other regions of the brain such as frontal lobe, temporal lobe, brainstem and cerebellum.

Iliacus hematoma should be considered in the DDx of patients with LE weakness with a PMH of anticoagulation therapy.LE weakness occurs due to femoral nerve compression.Tx: initially conservative , if associated with progressive FNDs:surgery
