Our Charcuterie is made right here at Fallow and changes throughout the year to make use of the beautiful seasonal produce we have available. Today we're serving up the most incredible fennel and garlic salami, coppa, truffled ham, and a farmhouse pork and rabbit terrine.

Introducing our lemon peel pudding🍋 This beautiful dessert was created to showcase how we utilise the excess lemons we have in the kitchen. We fill a choux bun with lemon marmalade, candied lemon ice cream, an oat crumb and lovage, then serve it on a warm salted lemon caramel✨

This is our Salted Caramel @pumpstchocolate mousse with mushroom caramel, candied walnuts, mushroom puffed rice, fresh enoki mushrooms, truffle, and white chocolate ice cream. We grow lion's mane and shiitake in-house to make the caramel, as well as enoki to finish!

A festive twist on a Fallow classic, our brand new Stuffing Flatbread🔥 We make our beautiful brioche flatbread in-house using fermented chilli powder (a by-product of our homemade sriracha). This is topped with caramelised onions, crispy pork, cranberry sauce, and sage🙌

Chelsea tart, caramelised whey @FallowRestaura1 . Late contender for dessert of 2021. A snappy, friable crust encasing the smoothest of wobbly custard fillings, silken, barely set, with a flavour profile somewhere between treacle tart and dulce de leche. Glorious pastry work.

So today I went to @FallowRestaura1 and I was quite blown away. Clarified butter milk solids as seasoning, dairy cow burger, mushroom parfait from their grow your own in the basement (yes they gave me a tour) and spiced corn ribs. And another great set menu too!
