Queens & drag fans alike, it’s okay not to know everything. All we ask is that you’re open to growth and we’re here to help. If you need information about Palestine and what’s happening, here’s a link with lots of amazing info. Our DMs are open as well. ❤️
It's really nice to see a RuGirl explicitly stand with us.
@WillowPillQueen
thank you for bringing real meaning to "drag is political" in this moment. We'll always remember that you stood with us and against zionism, pinkwashing and ultimately genocide. ❤️🖤🤍💚
Seems nobody is immune to pinkwashing (the use of queer people to cover up racism, apartheid, & active genocide against Palestinian /Arab people).
@LaganjaEstranja
this is the wrong kind of sickening. Please educate yourself on what you're standing for by doing things like this.
A’Whora & Tayce are confirmed for a show in the apartheid state in April.
@its_tayce
& A’Whora - there is still time to cancel this gig and stand against racism / genocide. Please do. If you need more info as to why you shouldn’t perform there, we’ve linked resources below!
Pinkwashing is everywhere you look 🥴 All this talk about drag is political and yet they just keep showing us that the politics they stand for are not inclusive.

Today I peacefully protested at the Statue of Liberty with Jewish Voice for Peace joining hundreds of other Jews and our allies calling for a ceasefire. The US government has sent billions of dollars in military aid to decimate Gaza and is sending more. Cont.
A new Drag Race spinoff may be coming, this time based in the apartheid state itself, Isr*el.

@WorldOfWonder
- we ask you to refrain from filming this show. This is the ultimate case of pinkwashing and throwing away morals for profit - stop. enough.
Laganja's distasteful lube ad is circulating again and some people are "letting it slide" because it was posted a year ago. 1. This occupation/their crimes are decades old. 2. She knew it was wrong. She blocked many who called her out, flew there to perform and then said this.
Update on Alexis - she’s made it a point not to work with zionists anymore and it actively learning, growing and working to take the content down. This is a refreshing change. Thank you for updating us
@AlexisLives
❤️
This page wasn't built to "cancel people", it was built to educate the queer community about pinkwashing and the greater Palestinian/Arab struggle. It's personal for us. We have lost family in this. We know the strength of propaganda and we vow to continue standing against it.
Raja, we adore you. Please reconsider doing this show.
Performing in Isr*el heavily supports pinkwashing (the use of gay people to cover up racism, apartheid, and active genocide against Palestinian/Arab people) - please stand against this.
@sutanamrull
Alexis Michelle’s relationship with the apartheid state runs deep - we learned this today. From years of working with Zionist organizations to platforming influencers known for pinkwashing (), she has done more than maybe any other RuGirl on this topic. 💔
Laganja’s only statement about the backlash so far, after deleting many critical/pro Palestine comments on her videos and further promoting the ad.
“Haters” is an interesting term to use for people pointing out racism, and this is an interesting response to being called racist.
So… I’m not doing my intended Halloween look nor posting it this year. It doesn’t feel right with everything that’s going on in Gaza. Obviously things are heavy for a lot of people witnessing it, and we all deserve moments of joy and softness. But what about the people LIVING
A follower sent us this and our hearts sunk. This is what Mo had to say last night in Tel Aviv.. I think it's safe to say she FW Israel. So do Bebe, LaLa and Asttina, who are nodding along at the end. 💔
Noah Schnapp shares statement on Israel and Palestine:
“You either stand with Israel or you stand with terrorism. It shouldn’t be a difficult choice. Shame on you.”

Performative activism on display.
How could you tweet this when it was trending, only to turn around (when the same things are happening again currently, literally right now) and headline a show there. 😶 Back your words up
@Bhytes1
, read about pinkwashing and cancel this show.
At what point, as queer people of color, are we going to stop praising known zionist Israeli singers? 🥴
Education and knowledge of what you're standing for is always important, even when it’s just up to the singers you talk about.
As people of color, specifically queer people of color, if you see two sides of a topic and there is one side that consists of passionate POC while the other consists of all white people - there is probably a reason. Let that guide your research.
This "queen" dressed as an IDF soldier......with a dead baby accessory....gets kicked out the costume contest and then posts about it like a badge of honor
As of now.......for 7 likes......7 likes to look like a complete fucking ass in a shit costume
@KyleZonePlus
While that’s true, pinkwashing is still a serious issue that is inadvertently supporting the government & military both. They could very easily turn down going and not be part of the problem. There is no ethical tourism under genocide - please be educated.
Name change! (for real this time)
We are officially retiring "Does Your Queen FW Israel?" because it feels better for us not to be centering Israel, + we do more than status checks.
We are Pro Palestine Queers first and foremost, so we present “Falasteen Queens" 🇵🇸❤️🏳️🌈

@KimChi_Chic
(1/2) Hi Kim! It’s honestly nice to see you talking about this and asking real questions. We as a page exist to educate the drag community so we’d love to explain. Israel is using pinkwashing (aka the use of gay ppl to make their image look better) to distract the world’s view -
Queer Middle Eastern/North African artists are phenomenal and also
phenomenally underrepresented, so
here's a list of some amazing ones to

Pro Palestine drag fans, if you had hope for Mo Heart, Heidi N Closet, LaLa Ri or Peppermint cancelling their gig in Israel, we hate to tell you but it looks like that hope is dwindling. They are all part of this video bragging about their love & excitement for going there. 💔
Angelina Jolie has shared a new statement on Israel and Palestine, expressing her support for Palestinian civilians:
“Whole families are being murdered. While the world watches and with the active support of many governments.”
@KimChi_Chic
They want the world to see them as a peaceful loving place, so to cover up the genocide against Palestinians/Arabs - they try to make themselves look like gay utopia. By performing there, queens allow themselves to be used to further this. Disservice to Arab fans AND themselves.
@NICKIMINAJ
Dear Nicki,
It just dawned on us;
You have not used your platform to say a single word about Palestine AT ANY TIME.
You have so much influence, please consider using your platform to spread awareness or at the very least ensure the lives of more people you can market to 😅
SNL drops a Hamas joke on a skit where Timothée Chalamet says he has a band called Hamas, which is followed by a ‘Please Don't Destroy’ member saying he’s not sharing a band by that name:
“Dude I’m not sharing a song by Hamas on Instagram”
Isr*el is, as we speak, sending out so many bombs that the sky is red. It is one of the most egregiously violent things that we will have ever witnessed and they cut Gaza's connection to the electricity and internet so nobody can say anything. ACTION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.
If you have a platform (everyone seeing this tweet does) STEP UP. USE IT. Whether it is made up of 5 followers or 5 million followers, it matters. Take action. Spread information. Raise the voices of those in Gaza and of Arabs you know. Educate yourself. Where did half of you go?

Ginger Minj, Trinity the Tuck, Alaska, Divina de Campo and Kylie Sonique Love in the apartheid state a few days ago. Despite all odds they all still FW Isr*el.
Anti-zionism ≠ antisemitism. You can and should stand against ethnic cleansing and support Palestinian/Arab liberation while also supporting Jewish safety.
@salisbot
Emma, I think the real question is why are you, a non MENA person, so involved in MENA things (to the point of getting a masters in our business) if you don’t genuinely care to hear our thoughts?

@EvilDreadsII
1) We had no knowledge of the bald thing until ppl started replying w it 2) Screenshots are from a DM 3) We’re not in this to drag ppl, pinkwashing is not a hehe cancelled joke, it’s covering up murder/displacement of brown&black ppl & it doesn’t take a lot to stand against that.
It was always disappointing but to see this many queens maintaining their bookings in Isr*el, some even promoting them, after what happened very publicly to Shireen this week.. hard to watch. The lack of shame is an even bigger let down.
The Haus of Edwards speaking on how important it is for them to reunite in Tel Av*v as a family - if only they knew and/or cared about how many Palestinian & Arab families were (& still are being) displaced/killed to allow for that.
The pinkwashing is very strong.
K'Hole Kardashian is an amazing Palestinian - Jordanian 🇵🇸🇯🇴 performer based in Chicago! They turn shows, looks and statements regularly so check them out! 🧿💙
