“Those who receive the Body and Blood of Christ with faith not only 'eat', but are 'satisfied'. To eat and to be satisfied: these are two basic necessities that are satisfied in the Eucharist.”
- Pope Francis
How are you allowing Christ to satisfy you?

If you don’t pray at all, then pray for 5 mins today. If you don’t go to Sunday Mass, go this Sunday. Pray the Rosary and if you’ve never prayed it, that’s okay, just start. Take little steps each day at furthering your relationship with God the Father.
You're officially Catholic!!
Congratulations to our new brothers and sisters in Christ on their baptism and/or confirmation into the Catholic Church this Easter Vigil. Your courage and joy inspire us to persevere in sharing the Gospel.

“God has created all things for good...He looks on me individually, He calls me by my name, He knows what I can do, what I can best be, what is my greatest happiness, and He means to give it me.” —St. John Henry Newman
St. John Henry Newman, pray for us!
Although many of us can't receive Jesus sacramentally at this time, we can still make an act of spiritual communion every day. Saints often did this when they couldn’t receive the Eucharist at Mass, and doing so was an essential part of life for them in drawing closer to God.
“Be a Catholic: When you kneel before an altar, do it in such a way that others may be able to recognize that you know before whom you kneel.” —St. Maximilian Kolbe

“Being a Catholic Christian in this world is quite simple. It comes down to one question and one answer.
‘Does the Father have permission to truly see and know you as you are?’”

God rested on the Seventh Day not because He was tired, but because rest tells us something about who God is and, therefore, who we are: the one who rests is the one who is free.

Be still.
It's super tempting, but don’t try to understand or figure out why the state of the world is what it is. Just feel it. Let the storm be.
Go to prayer, and meditate and be still. Sit there and let Jesus come find you and comfort you.
5 questions to help you stay on track this summer:
1. Where and when will you pray?
2. Where and when will you go to Mass and Confession?
3. What will be your spiritual reading?
4. Who will be your Christ-centered friends?
5. Who will you evangelize?
A saint is not perfect or sinless. A saint is a sinner who keeps on trying. It’s not the number of falls that matter, but the number of times we get back up that counts. Saints are not perfect but perfected by their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Come join your friends, family, and other attendees from around the world for an experience like no other — no matter where you are.
God is always waiting on us to let go of ourselves and to totally trust and rely on His grace. When we begin to live a life of trust—trusting that, if we are faithful to God, we will be fulfilled—life becomes an adventure.
What if God wants you to take the job that won't end in a big paycheck? What if God wants you to break up with someone you thought you'd marry? What if God wants you to leave your hometown?
No matter what, God has a plan for your life. Even in the confusion, trust in Him.
We never say that a relationship with our Lord is easy. In fact, it's really hard. But that’s the beauty of it. He is always calling us to something greater, harder, better, more uncomfortable, and more radical.
The four key things to sustain our life as a disciple:
1. Prayer
2. Fellowship
3. Frequent the Sacraments
4. Feed our mind with the teachings of Christ

Be where you are. Acknowledge your emotions, take in the facts and be present to what God is doing in your life today. He has everything taken care of, so embrace whatever He's placed in front of you.
There is so much peace that comes with understanding that we are not in control. The Lord has our lives and He is only good. He sees the whole picture. Let Him have control.

Our Lady of Guadalupe,
intercede for us, that, despite our imperfections,
our efforts will help multiply souls,
igniting a joyful and burning love
for Jesus Christ, His Church, and our neighbor.
How can you be more thankful today?
· When you wake up, thank God for the gift of life and a new day.
· When you eat, thank God for your food and drink.
· When you go to sleep, thank God for the specific blessings you received that day.
Do you pray for your friends? Intercessory prayer is powerful. God loves us so much that He wants to use us, and our prayers, in His work of redemption. We are not, and never will be, the savior of others. But our prayers do matter, and they do work.
There is so much peace that comes with understanding that we are not in control. The Lord has our lives and He is only good. He sees the whole picture. Let Him have control.
