Thanks in part to the new funding formula developed by the State Legislature this past session in HB 3, FISD has only had to request 39 waivers to exceed the 22:1 ratio...

TRE and HB 3 Help Frisco ISD Trim Class Size

FISD asked for 39 waivers from the state this fall to exceed the 22:1 class size ratio requirement in grades K-4, down from 144 at the same time last school year.
