Using the old points system converted.. Piastri has 26 points so far. Lewis 109 points for 2007. No points for sprints or fastest laps, because they weren't available to Lewis in 2007. Like for like, Oscar can reach 76 points if he wins all 5 remaining races. Still 33 short..

Zandvoort last year? After Abu Dhabi i was 100% convinced this was an attempt at race fixing watching live.. That's the downside of having zero trust in the sport and also why one company shouldn't have control over 2 teams. In my opinion.

Can we revisit Abu Dhabi while we are here? Let's show the younger generation that you can in fact rectify mistakes that rob a driver of a championship he won within the rules.

The FIA is revisiting the incident in which Lewis Hamilton crossed a live track during the Qatar Grand Prix. Despite original stewards decision, “in view of his role model status, the FIA is concerned about the impression his actions may have created on younger drivers” #F1

Honestly, do something else with your Sundays, people. The rules are not consistent and one driver has led the championship for nearly 2 and half years, yet F1 keeps telling us "we have a season".

Both of his "championships" have needed the FIA rule book to be studied along with Red Bulls accounting books. Let's start there first..

The mental imprint Abu Dhabi had on me and other fans means it will never go away. Also afterwards, pundits alike and especially @MBrundleF1 tried to normalise what happened. All fans ever wanted was for the rules to be applied in the stewards room afterwards.. Still waiting..

“Do you like Formula 1, Gareth?” “I don’t, after what happened to Hamilton a few years ago…” “I’m with you on that, dude. The whole season comes down to one lap? A pit-stop?” “It wasn’t fair.” “I totally agree.”

I don't understand the @fia . They have the opportunity to show the world they know how to apply their own rules..not for me, teamlh or even Ferrari fans but for themselves. Hell even Max thought he was getting a penalty lol. Looks bloody suspicious unfortunately for them.

@Sgalby1875 You mean while Q3 was still on going? Didn't see him with any of the other drivers who were eliminated?

Spa 2017 and Pole lap number 68 for Lewis, to equal Schumacher's record. Nobody will probably beat Hamilton's 104 Poles in our lifetime.

On a positive note.. Lewis is the only driver in the top 10 to be leading his teammate in the drivers standings when behind in the qualifying head to head..

Honestly, I couldn't care less about the head to head between Lewis and George. 3 years on and the car is still shit. If i was Lewis, and there was a glimmer of joining Ferrari this season, he should go. He doesn't have this time to waste.

@byronf1 You mean you can't believe he's had the balls to say exactly how it happened? Red Bull manipulated Masi because they knew they could, under the guise of "helping him".

I don't know..should I be expecting better man management from the Mercedes team principal regarding Lewis? Does Toto want their legacy to end this way?. Really?.
