Half a joint lifts even my darkest of moods. It's incomparable with anything else. It sticks the icing on the cake in terms of my daily mental well-being, gets me going and quickly disperses of any demons before they arrive. Cannabis cannot be ignored in the UK forever ✌🏻

@Theholisticpsyc At first it was disempowering. It shattered me. What I knew to be true inside was confirmed to me in reality. However, it then empowered me because I was able to learn all about my condition and solve a hell of a lot of my problems. So I'd say both, with empowerment the result.

Black eyed peas in a cayenne pepper stew 🌶️ with white rice and avocado drizzled in coconut oil. Check out the sea salt rocks. Essential minerals. Electrolytes etc. Friday feeling fine.

My daughter will be homeschooled. Taught language, how to read and write etc. But then the rest is up to her. She's free to be whoever she chooses to be. No indoctrination in our family. We've been there and done that. We are the future.

How do you know your ancestors were all good people that you can rely upon? Some, if not most, could have ended up in the hell-fire. This is why I choose to pray to The Creator only. I respect all those that went before me, but I didn't know them or their stories.

Absolutely devastated that the only shot of this miraculous little bird was from behind a closed window and mosquitos net. Gutted! It looked like it was made from blown coloured glass. Absolutely unbelievable bird. So gorgeous. Check the detail. Sorry about the quality.

Seeing how much my wife adores our baby after having been abandoned by her own parents, causing no end of suffering in her life, is enough to make a grown man cry. All our praise to The Most High Creator. The One to which we all belong.
