Ben Chilwell deserves a lot of praise. He has been among our best players since March. Great in our build-up play, alert defensively and has incredible energy. Well worth the £50m we paid for him, a phenomenal buy really.

While Marina Granovskaia concentrated on agreeing the fee, Lampard was the one who sold his Chelsea project to Werner and Ziyech, talking to them by phone and messaging them. It is believed he has done the same thing with Kai Havertz. [ @TheAthleticUK ]
