Actually Levi's plan was WAY more rational. Because it had a definate result. Erwin and Eren would 100% be able to scape, there'd be WAY less casualties, and hope wouldn't be lost because yes Levi would die but as he said, as long as they had Eren and Erwin it was fine. But

Once again you can compare Nanami to someone that is fighting on the field and protects his fellow younger soldiers, like Levi. Not a literal military commander. His job is to order and make plans. not to fight God it feels like talking to 5 year old children I'm done
