PSA: Men are just as capable of being diagnosed with eating disorders as women are. Men also do NOT need to be AFRAID of talking about body image issues and eating issues simply because society tells us that it’s “not a male issue”.

I’m 27 today! 🥳
It’s crazy how I young I feel, 10 years ago when I turned 17 I felt like I was 30 years older than I was..
Today, I feel like I’m 17. I’m happy.. and full of energy and motivation to take on life. Age really is just a number. 🎉🎉🎉
Losing weight and being at a lower body fat percentage DOES NOT always equate to more happiness and more confidence. As individuals with so many unique and interesting characteristics, we need to STOP judging ourselves using such shallow metrics.
One of the proudest moments of my career without a DOUBT was being mentioned in
@MensHealthMag
Thank you to EVERYONE who's supported me, encouraged me, and allowed me to share my STORY with the world!
Just a reminder to everyone that: The “diet” you’re on, the job you have, the amount of times you go to the gym, the amount of muscle mass you have, the clothes you wear, the amount of calories you eat each day are/is NOT your identity.
Last night, I had a dream that I opened up my own donut shop that served every type of donut imaginable. (Savory, Sweet, etc)
Let's just say I'm highly considering exploring this idea more. 😎
Someone broke into my car and literally stole NOTHING. I had my headphones, gym bag, and gift cards in it but since I don’t have cash in my car they took nothing. Regardless, THIEVES ARE DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS.
I decided to get a Phoenix to symbolize “rebirth”. With the hardships and obstacles that I was faced with during my childhood and teenage years, I never felt like my life really “began” until I was an adult. I felt like a Phoenix was perfect to symbolize this. 🙌
Millions right now (including myself) are struggling with mental health while in isolation. It's important to know that this will end eventually and that things WILL get better. Do everything you can to remain positive, practice social distancing and stay healthy. 🙌
It's crazy how you can see 99 positive, uplifting, encouraging comments from 99 random strangers.. and all you need.. is to see 1 negative comment from another other random stranger to make you completely forget about literally ALL of them.
Social media is a crazy place.
There are millions of people out there that spend hour after hour “perfecting” their physiques while at the same time neglecting their own mental health... NEVER forget that “healthy” should also mean physical AND mental health. 🙌
On today’s edition of “Why the F*ck do you humans consume this”: OLIVES! Seriously people, why are these vile, gross, and disgusting things legal to eat. 🤮
