Went for an emergency apptmt at my GP. Referred me for urgent CT scan to check for infection & stones etc. @SKG then cancelled me saying I have a debt for $800 from 2018 when I was in hospital delerious w sepsis! They cancelled my urgent scan now I'm getting no medical assistance

Being a lawyer with mental illness. Many bosses wld say yr not ambitious enough b/c I'd arranged a 9.30 start. Also similar things bc I would take my paid sick leave & leave when my baby was sick. I got told "u need to choose btwn being a mother & being a lawyer" I'm not joking!

The social worker at my local Services Australia office was able to help me by fixing up the payment termination. She is a great social worker, working in a very messed up institution. She's been helping my family deal w the bureaucracy from time to time since my father's suicide

Robodebt: in my view suicide was a reasonably foreseeable outcome for Centrelink's vulnerable clients. Eg if u take a poor person that has depression& PTSD & you start accusing them of debts that are fictitious, unpayable & using debt collectors to hound them at all hours.

1. So I've been the last week in hospital. I got a bad bladder & kidney infections with some pretty nasty drug resistant bacteria. Bacteria creates a noxious gas that can kill kidney tissue. Iplus once I got to hospital found out I also had covid. Lucky to pull through guys...

Get frequent UTIs & I think the latest 1 may have turned into a kidney infection. I'm in agony in the kidney region, I'm nauseous & can't move around much. Managed to get an appointment with my GP around midday. Just a wait to then, no pain killers left....ahhh this is awful! 😪

Can I be included in LGBTQI+🌈 if I have had sex with women (but mostly attracted to men) & never had a relationship with a woman? I also have always been a big supporter of gay & lesbian rights my whole life having an extented family & friend group w many gay & lesbian members?

Getting difficult now w Christmas coming up, w inflation running hot, no increase to government payments, threats to cut me off even though they have my latest medical certificate re chronic illnesses & the kids talking constantly about the many gifts they want. So stressful 😓

I have an invisible disability. So today getting on the bus I had 2 Karen's challenge my right to take a seat. Bus was full so I sat sideways to watch my 10 yo was ok. I then got told off for how I was sitting sideways bc I was clearly blocking ppl. Ffs mid yr own business karens

When I was escaping violence, my child had been stolen by my ex & I was so sick as result the govt didn't give me money for months! A woman's NFP gave me $50 & that's all I had. I was lucky enough to be able to borrow from friends & fam otherwise I wld have been on the streets

This is so true. I've been in hospital for mental health treatment many times and only one boss ever sent me flowers. My Dad sometimes brings orchids in pots

Day 1 EMDR. Did my first memory from 3 yo, domestic violence. Image based. Then my brain went to my stepfather's suicide. Holding hand when he died. Speaking at funeral. After listened to music singing along. Chain smoked.Felt lighter. Now exhausted. Chillin #EMDR #cptsd #therapy

Just for a bit of fun, I've got bloody shingles again!! 3rd time I've had them. This is the other side of having mental illness & Fibromyalgia people often don't think of. The depressed immune system. Bed, antivirals & plenty of water for me now 🙄😬😮‍💨

Friends I think I need to go into the Clinic for some ECT treatment. I have been very depressed for months now & constantly physically ill. Also my PTSD is being triggered constantly leaving me exhausted & raw. I think I need to have some rest away from the everyday stressors 😔

My Aunt died today. She was in her early 70s. She decided she wanted to die when her husband died earlier this yr. She was always VERY strong willed & has managed to die within a few months of him. RIP Aunty Elena. You were a unique & strong woman who survived a LOT in your life
