28 kids on the Lobster Bowl rosters camped with us at Maine Elite during high school. So great to see so many playing in the best game in the state this Saturday.
We are discussing expanding the passing camp and have a lineman camp starting in 2020. We’d hold them at the same facility at the same time with a focus on line play. Lots of work to be done and finalized but we wanted to put it on your radar. Keep an eye out for it next year!
Great turnout today in Augusta. Two big developments:
1.) By far our biggest OL turnout with 30 plus kids and more on the way tomorrow.
2.) A middle school camp with about 40 campers.
We keep growing and trying to provide opportunities for players. It’s been a blast.
BIG NEWS: The Maine Elite Passing Camp is expanding to include lineman! Camp will be July 6th-9th at Lewiston High School. Passing Camp 8:30-2:00. Lineman Camp 8:30-11:30. Please share this important information. Any questions, call 615-4667.
8 of the 12 Fitzpatrick semi finalist came to camp last summer. 5 of the 6 QBs on the list attended.
Iron sharpens iron. The best of the best are at camp each year.
Congrats to all 12 players, it’s quite an honor, but special congrats to the Maine Elite alums!
What a fabulous two week period for the players that camp to the Maine Elite Passing Camp. Great talent, fantastic competition and a little brotherhood development.
Friday night highlights will be filled with players we’ve had the last two weeks.
@hussonfootball
walks the walk when it comes to recruiting Maine high school football players.
Thanks to Coach White and Coach Cameron for taking the time to come watch some of the top players in central Maine this afternoon.
Working to finalize details about camp. Expect an announcement by the middle of the week. Certainly won’t look exactly the same as past years but we’re working hard to find solutions to allow us to have camp in 2020.
We’re a little bit old school at the Maine Elite Passing Camp. We don’t have flashy picture edits and Oscar-worthy videography. In fact, we barely film anything.
We’ve got one week to get work done. That’s our focus. If you know us, doing anything else would be disingenuous.
12 of the remaining 16 QBs playing in the playoffs attend the Maine Elite Passing Camp.
There is so much talent at camp each summer and it will be on display tonight and tomorrow as teams battle to reach the state final.
Good luck!
Just got the tour at Lewiston. It’s the perfect facility to run our camp. We’ll not only be on one turf field, but two! That means more 7 on 7 games and more reps. Also, we’ll be in their multipurpose room (w/AC) for lunch and chalk talk/film. Year three might be the best yet!
Oak Hill checks in with their first three campers of 2022. I know that would make Stacen Doucette happy. There was no bigger advocate for Maine Elite than Coach Doucette.
He’d stop by almost every day, call us each that night to check to see how his guys were doing. So good.
2019 Dates!!!
Due to field issues at Cony, the Maine Elite Passing Camp for 2019 will be held July 8-July 11 at Lewiston High School!
We are taking the show to the turf. Same times: 8:30AM-2:00PM, still $175.00 for the week. Same general structure with a few tweaks for 2019!
Pro Divison Award Winners:
Top Gun- Louis Thurston, Portland
Top WR- Jackson Paradis, TA
Playmaker- Mason Henderson, Leavitt
Road Grader- Cullen Behen, Biddeford

@Coach_Charlton
Thanks for stopping in at camp! Great to see the state university checking out the in state talent!
Plans are underway for another two weeks on the Maine Elite Passing Camp for summer 2021!
A return trip to Fitzy is in the works for the week of July 12th, and we are waiting to finalize our plans for a central Maine camp the week of July 5th.
We’ve got over 100 kids registered for camp next week in Portland.
Some of the best players you will see on Friday nights this fall will be competing all week in the heat at Fitzy.
Coach Doucette was a presence at camp the last 3 summers. Constantly checking in on his beloved Oak Hill players. “How is Gavin throwing it?” “How about Austin?” He just loved football and wanted every one of his players to get an opportunity to excel. So sad to hear he’s gone.
You want to know what makes Leavitt great? Come see them during Maine Elite Passing Camp weeks. Every kid from Turner competes on every single rep. Every kid.
They LOVE football, and it shows. Yes, they have talent, but it’s their commitment to greatness that sets them apart.
Coaching staff being finalized for camp weeks.
In Augusta, Hathaway, Lippert, Cooper and Capone will be joined by Matt Friedman.
In Portland, they’ll have Liam Hobbins and Sean Green.

Once again, we will have a bunch of college coaches at camps this summer. Some will be working camp, while others will be observers looking for talent.
A number of kids now playing college football were first noticed at the Maine Elite Passing Camp.
Wyatt Hathaway of Leavitt Area High School is the 2020-21
@Gatorade
Maine Football Player of the Year. Hathaway is the first Gatorade Maine Football Player of the Year to be chosen from Leavitt.

Day one in the books. The only thing that matched the heat was the talent! I’ll take those receivers, you can have the rest of the state and I’d feel pretty good about my chances!
Offensive lineman haven’t had many opportunities to get camp work without leaving the state. That changes this summer at Maine Elite Passing Camp. OL will be there. Don’t miss out!
Lots of players and teams off to great starts. And I think no one is surprised at the fast start by Medomak. The players that attended camp this summer were talented and hungry.
Bates, Bowdoin, UNE and Maine came down to check out the action today. That means the return of former camp coach
@Coach_SCarey
Day two was awesome. We’re halfway done camp. It flies when you’re working with this level of talent.
**Any campers that want to share a highlight video with is, we will retweet it. Lots of college coaches follow us and know the talent that has come out of this camp.
Great 1st day at Maine Elite down in Portland. Huge turnout, with more than 120 players from across southern and central Maine.
Actually, we have one from Stearns, so I guess we should say across the state.
If you know someone who should be at camp, invite them tomorrow.
For those wondering, Taylor Decker confirmed he did NOT go to the ref to report as eligible. He was asking where he could find a a registration for the Maine Elite Passing Camp for a friend.
It’s in our bio, Taylor. You’re welcome.
If I had to guess, I would say we have four or five of the top preseason Fitzpatrick Award candidates coming to camp this summer.
Seeing all the talent is one of the best parts of camp each summer.
#GetBetter
Competition is ramping up as the week progresses. Some real talent on hand in 2023.
Thanks to
@TimViall
and
@ColbyCoachDex
for stopping in to talk to the crew about what a college career might look like at UNE or Colby.
Hit the books, fellas.

Our first Oak Hill player in the last 2 years.
Stacen was a huge supporter of camp and called us to find out how his 12-15 guys were doing....every day. AND he stopped by camp each day too...just wanted to hear our opinions of his guys!
Maine HS football misses his passion.
What an awesome Lobster Bowl today.
Proud of all former campers in the game, including:
East MVP: Marcus Hampton
West MVP: Hunter Hayes
Radio MVP: Thomas Horton
Coach Morrison from Gorham has created a way to keep a recruiting profile for any athlete that has plans to play in college.
It has a clean look and is an effective, one stop link that athletes can share on social media for colleges.
Check it out.
