🚨 Unfortunately @ElisaLongoB has also had to withdraw from the @LeTourFemmes ahead of today’s Col du Tourmalet stage, one which she was looking forward to. The Italian champion has a skin infection at the top of the left thigh, which required hospital treatment after #TDFF2023

With regret I won’t be at the start of #TDFF2024 due to the consequences of a crash in training. No fractures, but I left lot of skin on the road and I can’t ride my bike. I feel gutted not to be alongside my teammates to fight for a great Tour for @lidltrek . Good luck ladies!

Yesterday it was an epic day at Bastogne- Liège ( @LiegeBastogneL ) - A nice battle which, in my opinion, should have been shown on television. Same for Flèche Wallonne. It's such a pity that two races with so much charm weren't televised. @amaurysport

Riding towards @strade_bianche - We're in Siena for Saturday's Strade Bianche. Today we did the recon and although I've been racing this race quite few times, I'm always really stunned by the course: beautiful landscapes, hard climbs and technical gravel sections. A nice one!

I re- watched Bastogne- Liège on @Eurosport_FR - I really appreciated @CordonRagot 's commentary. It's nice to have riders that can see into our races, have an overview of team tactics and know the main characters of the bunch! It makes the race even more interesting!

Since I'm using the front and the rear bike lights I feel much safer and I do realize I have less cars getting "furious" at me. I think they might recognize me more like a vehicle than an obstacle on the road. I recommend everybody to use lights during the rides! #sharetheroad

The @thewomenstour started yesterday with a 160km rainy stage. Today we had a criterium at the Kent Cyclopark. - I wish that also in my beautiful Italy there could be more cycloparks like this one! It would be such a good thing especially for children! 😊
