Tree trimming and pole replacement activities continue in Whitby. A new shipment of poles has arrived and we hope to energize our remaining communities as early as tomorrow night/Friday morning. This work has been long and hard & has tested all of us. We appreciate your patience.

Many customers have been asking us about TOU rates and whether they will be adjusted given the current situation. The Ontario Energy Board is responsible for overseeing and setting the province’s electricity rates. We have shared customer feedback with the OEB.
