30min Chest day⤵️ DB incline press 4 x 8-10 with 3 sec eccentric DB incline fly 4 x 8-10 with 3 sec eccentric Smith machine bench press 3x 10-12 reps Cable fly 4x 10-12 reps with squeeze Finisher: 50 press ups with as little rest as possible

You can expect to gain 2 hours of life for every 1 hour of exercise so if you are telling yourself you don’t have time for exercise.. YOU DO! Exercise is quite literally giving you more time.

You don’t build muscle by lifting weights. You create the stimulus. Then you adapt to that stimulus with rest & fuel (nutrition) You do your growing outside your sessions.
