@TRHLofficial The larger one is called a cast. They do indeed happen. This looks like what is called a saddle PE (pulmonary embolism) which is when the clot crossed both pulmonary arteries. It stops blood from flowing from the heart to the lungs for oxygen. And almost always fatal.
