Seen a lot of people doing fitness transformations lately so I thought I'd share mine.
This is 2 weeks apart.
16kg —> 75kg.
Just stay consistent and eat eggs.
I haven't been sick for the last 6 years
I don't take medicine
I don't go to the doctors
I don't take sleeping pills
I don't eat crap
What I do is
Go outside
Drink water
Eat clean and healthy
Don't worry about a headache
Get enough sleep when I need
I'm feeling depressed today.
