The stained-glass windows in the Chapel have two dominant colors: red and blue. The colors alternate down the length of the nave (main sanctuary). It can be easy to miss in full daylight but in the early morning the colors are visible on the Chapel's ceiling.

The windows are restored! Today a project to restore the Chapel's stained-glass windows—which has spanned more than two decades—was completed. An upper-level window in the nave, which depicts scenes from the life of the biblical prophet Samuel, was the last one to be refurbished.
