Clotting of small blood vessels,yes!👏 Because of the dislodgement of many microthrombi (due to Warfarin) from the main thrombus,these microthrombi cause blockage of the small arteries.
Aspiration PNEUMONIA- an infectious process due to inhalation of oropharyngeal secretions that are colonised by bacteria.
Aspiration PNEUMONITIS- chemical injury due to inhalation of sterile gastric contents.
Both conditions can overlap!

Very good!🌟 Noonan syndrome also presents with the above shown features. Compared to Turner's,mostly right sided heart defects are observed in Noonan's.

Good!👏🌟 Hutchinson sign is observed- zoster of the lateral/tip of the nose. Branches of Nasociliary nerve leading to the eye are just before the branches that innervate the nose.
Hence, if the nose is involved, the eyes are more likely to be involved.

Hypoattenuating tubular areas in the liver- Hepatic Portal Venous Gas (HPVG). Causes:
-bowel obstruction
-ischemic pathology
-infectious processes
HPVG- gas extends till the periphery of the liver due to centrifugal circulation.

Episodic flushing,sweating over the parotid area,h/o mandibular surgery- Frey's aka Auriculotemporal Syndrome.
It is due to the aberrant re-innervation of the parasympathetic fibres of the Auriculotemporal nerve with the sympathetic fibres of sweat gland.

Good differential!👍 Forchheimer spots are also seen over the soft palate. But the clicking points here are:
-rash appeared first over the trunk (in rubella,1st appears behind the ears)
-rash developed only AFTER the fever (in rubella fever&rash occurs simultaneously)
