Seen some #Pompey fans revelling in Reading’s struggles. I would think PFC fans above all could empathise & get over comments made in the past. Surely mistakes from a section of Reading fans years ago isn’t justification for wanting a club to go under? 2 wrongs don’t make a right

When I think of #Pompey in the PL, I think of this game. This epitomises what the side were about in the first half of 07/08, all gas, no brakes, 100mph & lots of fun. Out ran, out fought & physically battered a good Newcastle side. Pamarot’s hit is still my favourite blues goal.

Colby Bishop is just an exceptional footballer, the goal was well taken but it was the other 100 odd minutes that impressed me. Decision making is such a vital attribute in strikers & he consistently made the right pass & released at the right time when holding it up. #pompey

Moxon, McIntyre, Lang & Peart-Harris, I don’t think anyone can accuse #Pompey of having a lack of ambition this season. This feels significant, it feels like a statement from the club, hasn’t been a January transfer window like this for some time at Portsmouth. Will it be enough?

21 today, since my 20th I’ve commentated an entire ⚽️ season, called my first ⚾️ & 🏈 games, made a podcast, worked covering Portsmouth FC & interviewed for the BBC. Still lots to learn but it’s been a great year for me, thanks to those who provided me with these opportunities.

This was not my decision, unfortunately, the club felt radio was beginning to affect attendances. I believed that radio predominantly served players' families, international fans & elderly/sick fans but the club have taken a different approach for the upcoming season (1/2) #HWFC

The most incredible story, Stratford arrived with a vision, one he spoke about so openly in that opening press conference. Eyebrows were raised when words like College Cup were thrown around. In 3 short years it’s a reality, credit him the staff & the players for writing history.

As suspected, public confirmation of what we've all known since noon. SIUE are hurt & are choosing not to play the game, while the MAC are covering it up with a "Covid case." Brutally unfair on WVU Men's Soccer. Cannot believe how backwards & outdated the NCAA forfeit ruling is.

Watched the Deans P/S & tweeted about how good they looked vs the Hawks. Disciplined & structured but also creative & purposeful in the final 1/3. Their patterns of play tonight were excellent so well set up, the idea that intelligent tactics don’t exist at this level is a myth.
