Here's a short circuit #workout that's never boring: Push-ups (10 reps) Squats (15 reps) Plank (30 seconds) Lunges (10 reps per leg) Jumping Jacks (20 reps) Repeat the circuit 3-5 times with 30 seconds rest in between each exercise and 1-2 minutes rest in between each round.
