💗💙❤️💚🤍💗
We have a date for Dáithí’s surgery.
Dáithí will travel to Newcastle on Wednesday and undergo a cardiac catheter on Thursday, which will hopefully get him back active on the heart transplant waiting list.
All positive thoughts and prayers welcome 🙏 💪
No matter what happens over the next few hours, this will be the best photo of the whole trip.
We went back to where it all began in Evelina yesterday and Dáithí got to meet the people who saved his life time, and time again.
To Dr Jon Lillie and the Purple Team, we love you 💗
Already sitting up and throwing jabs…
Dáithí is out of recovery and is doing well so far. We don’t have any more information than that at this time, but Dáithí being in a stable condition is all that matters right now.
#Fighter
The journey just got a little bit more exciting…
Dáithí finally meeting his wee brothers Declan Seosamh (4.6 lbs) and Pádraig Mícheál Mac Gabhann (5.15 lbs) born on Thursday at 11.27pm and 11:43pm.
Mummy doing well and is an absolute hero!
💗
The Freeman is back in his own city!
Dáithí came home to Belfast last night to continue his recovery in Clark Clinic. It’s been a long time since we have been here, but we know he is in the very best of hands. 💗 1/2

We have been speaking publicly about Dáithí needing oxygen at home now, while calling on the Sec of State to introduce

This boy should have been landing in Paris right now for the trip of his dreams at Disney, but health comes first.
The wee man is still as positive as ever though 👍
He’ll get there!
💗
Unfortunately, Dáithí can’t make it to the celebrations in the Athletic Grounds. All the excitement and celebrating took it out of him, and he had a trip to the hospital instead.
The big man is keeping well though 💪. Thank you to the staff at the Royal for looking after him ❤️
A day we once feared we'd never witness, to now celebrating Dáithí beginning his fifth year in his uniform.
Seeing Dáithí grow, learn, & thrive has been a beautiful gift. Here's to the power of

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

… BUT this special day is all about the miracle that is Dáithí.
Join us in wishing Dáithí a very special 7th birthday!
💗🎁🎉🎂🎈🎊🥳💗
In the darkest of days, there is always that wee bit of light.
We never thought we would have seen this day of Dáithí starting Rang 1 back in 2016 but there was that glimmer of hope. 1/2
We are very grateful to all the support over the past month and a bit in the fight to get Dáithí’s Law over the line.
Thank you doesn’t seem enough but we are extremely grateful.
WE DID IT!

This wee man has recently started new medication meaning a tough few weeks with plenty of injections and bloods.

Next week, we take our fight to Westminster.
It’s quiet out there right now, too quiet for our liking!
We have written to SoS

to meet with us early next week in London. We deserve answers!

Thank you to every person that has sent their best wishes to Dáithí today.
Each and every message is very much appreciated and means a lot to know that you all hold Dáithí so dearly.
He’s cuddled up now watching a movie and hoping to fly home to Belfast tomorrow morning.
This day 5 years ago we found out the dreadful news that Dáithí’s only chance was the gift of a heart transplant.
Tomorrow, we meet the Secretary of State to discuss

These photos taken hours apart last night are a reminder of how fragile Dáithí’s heart condition is.
Dáithí is feeling better back at the hotel & we would just like to say how grateful we are to the wonderful paramedics & the Glasgow hospital team.

3yrs ago Dáithí had 2 open heart surgeries in 10 days, struggling on ECMO & very little hope.
“Imagine D in his school uniform.”-a long shot then, but was talked about often.
This is for all those out there in a dark place. If there is a glimmer of light and hope-cling on to it!
Dáithí wasn’t able to come tonight to the All-Stars game because he’s not well… but his big mate JJ Piccinich made sure their tradition continued.

🌟 "Down, but never out" 🌟
We have some news to share with you all. Recently, we received devastating information that Dáithí has been temporarily suspended from the transplant list due to a few unresolved issues. 1/7
“Your boy wants to live.”
These were the words of Dáithí’s surgeon, Professor Anderson, this day 7 years ago in Evelina London. At 10 days old Dáithí had been fighting hard for his life and been on lifesaving ECMO for 6 long days, after major open-heart surgery. 1/4
DÁITHÍ WON!!!!!

This is Dáithí…
He is 7 & has been waiting on the gift of a heart transplant for over 5 years. Dáithí was born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome & needs a heart transplant.
Have you every considered joining the

Did you know it only takes 2 minutes?
7 years ago, Dáithí got home to spend Xmas in Belfast after defying the odds in London.
Yesterday he spent the day with his heroes from

Dáithí still needs a new heart, but this is a reminder that even if you haven’t reached your destination that times can get better.

This is disturbing & extremely hurtful, but there's a few points to make about it:
1.
@BeckyLynchWWE
is Irish 🇮🇪!
2. Dáithí loves countries/flags & has even drawn the 🇬🇧 for one of his nurses that cares for him at the Royal Hospital.
3. Your hate won't ruin Dáithí's smile!
‼️GREAT NEWS‼️
Dáithí’s Law has today received Royal Assent meaning meaning The Organ & Tissue Donation (Deemed Consent) Bill has now officially become law. Dáithí’s Law will come into effect in Spring 2023 & we look our many engagements in the coming year.
One happy boy 👇👇
