If u r Covid+: Don't seek hospital admission right away. Stay calm. Monitor temperature. Oxygen levels once or twice daily unless low. Take paracetamol for fever. Seek help if not coming down or low oxygen Self isolate, use n95 masks, ventilate room. Rest. Break transmission.
