$PYPL is HIGH on my buy list right now.

Low payout ratios and Strong dividend growth - which stocks would you add?
A seemingly unpopular opinion 🚨
$O isn’t a terrible company, the ongoing macro headwinds will pass and the company will continue to grow AFFO per share over the coming decades. Thus resulting in a good long-term investment based on todays valuation.
Now I know this might
If you loved $O at $65… you’re going to LOVE it at $55.
I’ll be making some dents into the 100 share goal I’ve set for my $O position.
Currently 20.8/100.
Let’s keep pushing.
FYI $O (Realty Income) and it’s debt obligations are 92% fixed rate.
I think if the risk free rate continues to rise we could see $O in the $40’s - but for me I will continue to add shares of this well managed REIT.
What are your thoughts on $O and it’s direction through to
$MSFT is my latest addition to the portfolio. It is one of the highest quality businesses in the world, here’s why I added:
- 1.16% Yield
- 10% 5 Year Dividend CAGR
- 27% Payout Ratio
- 12 Years of Dividend Growth
- 5 Year ROIC 17.98%
- INSANE FCF growth: 🤯
$O has bounced back nicely over the last month. Up 17% 📈
I managed to continue accumulating shares as the price fell to the mid $40’s.
Due to this, my current cost basis sits at $53.
Do you own $O? Have you been DCA’ing? 🤔
