What's missing?
Snagged 2 shares of Johnson & Johnson this morning at $169.99.
$JNJ has been one of the best dividend growth stocks of the last half century, and have shown no signs of stopping. I consider this a must own.
Adding $9.04 to my forward annual income! One brick at a time.
3 stocks I'm looking to increase my positions in this week:
$ABBV - Abbvie
$TXN - Texas Insturments
$TROW - T Rowe Price Group
What are you circling this week? ๐
Wednesdays I make my purchases in the Dividend Growth Income Portfolio.
Added $250.
$30 each in
$LMT
$PG
$CVX
$T
$AMGN
$NEE
$MDLZ
$ADC
and the last $10 into $VOO. What did you buy?
A personal milestone dividend investors will understand. Today marks 9 years since I stopped being a customer of $MO! I have not bought or used any of their products since 9 years ago today.
Much better to be a shareholder of this one than a customer!
Here we are. $HSY Hershey down 22% in the last 3 months.
Patience pays off. Hard to say where the bottom is, but a fantastic long term opportunity is presenting itself.

1 share of $O
1 share of $CUBE
1 share of $VICI
4 shares of $MPW
What have you bought today?
Seeing a lot of dividend investors showing interest in $WMT thanks to the 10% AH drop.
Walmart's dividend looks safe, but is a low 1.69% with a pathetic 5 year CAGR of 1.98%.
Way too many better opportunities for Dividend Growth Investors. No place for it in my portfolio.
Texas Instruments $TXN has just raised their dividend by 8% AND announced MORE share buybacks.
To me, this company is doing everything an investor could ask. One of my core forever holdings.
3 dividend picks I would suggest to someone like my Dad, who is currently in retirement.
$MO ๐ฌ- 7.97% yield
$VZ ๐ถ - 5.67% yield
$STOR ๐ช- 5.27% yield
These are great for current income. I hold all 3 myself even though I am quite a ways away from FI.
Do your own DD! ๐ช
Also took advantage of the dip and added one share of PepsiCo, $PEP
This is my favorite core dividend stock in the consumer staples sector.
1 share @ $168.10, pays $4.60 annually per share broken into quarters - Jan/Mar/Jun/Sep.
Brick by brick. ๐งฑ๐งฑ๐งฑ
