I love when
@DieterRuehle
joins the conversation with
@Joe_Davis
and
@OrelHershiser
with his music choices. They were discussing Trea's nickname in college (Seabiscuit) and we hear the fanfare that plays at race tracks coming over the speakers. (Don't know the name)
I don't know if the camera is picking this up. I am at the game and the Padres who have scored runs are sharing information with the guys on deck. It's happened three times already. Are they seeing something from Flaherty? Is he tipping?
@TODD_LEITZ
@LAAudubon
@Dodgers
Please ask your contacts w/ Dodgers to get the bird to
@IntBirdRescue
in San Pedro. The bird was definitely distressed & probably injured - it could not stand on its legs. (I'm a former wildlife rehabber and was at the game. Tried to help but was brushed off.)
Good news: we're up 5-0 in the 3rd. Bad news: The Cardinals organist is lame and I can't take much more of this lizzard eating discussion.
@Joe_Davis
@OrelHershiser
That plaintive melody you're hearing but can't quite place because you went to the Dodger game that night instead of the Andrea Bocelli concert? It's called, "Time to Say Goodbye."
Hopefully when it's actually time to say goodbye we'll be hearing, "I Love LA."
That was at least the 3rd time
@Braves
organist played This Old Man for Pujols AB and I AM PISSED OFF by the disrespect for one of the best and nicest players in the game.
@DieterRuehle
does some fun earned snark for Astros cheaters (I Saw the Sign). But this is different.
The Who's "You Better, You Bet" for Mookie's catch in right field. I was wondering what song Mookie would get. It's so great to hear
@DieterRuehle
again.
The Jeffersons Theme, Movin' on Up
Well, we're movin' on up (movin on up)
To the east side (movin on up)
To a deLUXe apartment in the sky.
(For Gavin Lux, of course.)
