QUALITY ART ADVICE: Go to art-related events. Go to gallery openings, art shows, and concerts where creative people will be. Talk to as many people as possible, and hand out your cards. Being visible in art-related venues tells people you belong there!

I used to hate myself to the point where I would meditate on many ways I could kill myself. The mind can be a dark place. I started drawing EVERY day, it took my mind to a different place. Art literally saved my life.

Set small goals for yourself that you can achieve daily. It will make you feel great that you got them done AND give you momentum to set bigger ones! Don't let anyone take away your small victories. It's the little things we do on a daily basis that sets us in the right direction

Allow ppl to grow, change, and/or break away from you. Just as you expect the same from others. It sucks when the break is a good friend or close relative, but we are not meant to stay in one place. Change is a growth requirement. Be brave enough to move forward when it's time.
