@whereisheather @morellifit In the UK, we have the same unhealthy stuff that is eaten in the States. Two differences, a lot of the additives they use in the States are not permitted in UK/EU. Portions, the enormous portions they serve in the US. Yes, need to walk more, but eat less as well.
