Tonight, I found a DVD that I thought was lost forever. The only video that exists of my brother Andrew. I’m thrilled to bits to have found it/him. Haven’t heard his voice since September 2006. What a great dude he was. It is without question the most valuable thing I own.

Mom used to bake a "death cake." This partridgeberry cake that she'd tote to funeral homes when someone passed. But, I loved it. Whenever I'd smell it baking I'd get so excited. Then I'd be overwhelmed by guilt. Cause, like, somebody had to die for that cake. Cakes, b'y. Fried.

Andrew would have been 37 today. He enjoyed shrimp rings, Shirley Temples, and kicking my ass in Scrabble. While his sudden passing impacted me for years — the memory of his smile, empathy, and unwavering kindness are what helped heal me. And I am a far better man because of him.

I've received a couple of messages from folks I know that are anti-vax regarding my last couple of tweets. Just want to set the record straight — I will always take the word of science over some half-baked blogger in Sedona. It's just how I roll.

Story time. She introduced herself to me as "Bridgette with a D" in Sedona. I was staying with a cranial healer in one house (true story), and she was one yard over in another Airbnb. She poked her head over the fence and asked if I had a smoke, I told her I didn't smoke. 1/11

If the situation ongoing in the Battery proves one thing, it’s this: all it takes is one juicearse to ruin a good time. If this was the Batt’rey of old, he wouldn’t be so brazen. Chopping up heritage property with a chainsaw has to get the province involved somehow.

@MemorialU Attempting to pit students against faculty seems to me a poor strategic move both from a negotiation and a comms standpoint. But, you do you.
