Returning from corner shop visit on foot 10 minutes ago, I have to leap aside as a cyclist - young, full Wiggo kit - bumps up on to pavement in order to by-pass red light and avoid stopping. Such behaviour is commonplace & is what makes cyclists unpopular with many. @willnorman

In other words, the public transport concession Johnson *did* introduce for older people when he was mayor has now been eroded by his own national government. Definitely worth pursuing and clarifying this for your viewers, @GMB . 😎

London contains the highest poverty rates in the country. Talk of a "north-south divide" obscures the more complex realities of inequality in Britain and fuels a crude regional populism than does nothing to address them.
