When I was 15 I saw Michael Jackson at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre & knew what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. A decade later we sold out that venue as Savage Garden. In 2023 I'm playing that arena for the first time in 20 years. GRATEFUL.

BREAKING (happy) NEWS: I was on a walk with my dog Hux and we walked past the pet store and I asked if he wanted a new toy and he pranced in there and walked directly to the plush squeaky animal he desired and carried that thing 2 miles home. He's now asleep, exhausted & happy.

The reality of being an independent artist is very challenging. I manage myself, I have my own label, hire publicists in 3 different countries, radio pluggers in 2, have a label person and a distributor. It's expensive & disheartening at times. The reward is artistic freedom.
