We’re hearing reports that many captured TPLF fighters in Northern Ethiopia were given rations of high energy biscuits by @WFP & @USAID to sustain their offensive into Amhara & Afar. These foods are not typically famine relief foods. They are usually given to soldiers in combat🤔
