Feeling guilty but grateful! ♥️ . Today was the first time I’ve left Ted after nearly 6 months of being with him 24/7.. I was excited to be commentating but felt guilty for leaving him (even though he was in the very capable hands of his super Dad)! . Does it get any easier? 💫

Turns out cyclists can’t run...not exactly the best start to my retirement from professional cycling but at least I now know a career in professional running is not my future! Stress fracture of my calcaneus (heal bone) so the next 6 weeks will be spent in this glorious boot!
