Gervonta Davis only fights opponents he is 100% sure he will beat. Or he will add stipulations such as rehydration clauses and catchweights to make 100% sure he will win. Tank isn't 100% sure he will beat Shakur, and hence he doesn't make the fight.

Inoue is rumoured to fight former Unified champion Murodjon Akhadaliev in September and undefeated Sam Goodman in December. After them, I don't see anyone else worth fighting at 122 lbs. So I expect him to move up next year. Who would you most want to see him fight at 126 lbs?

In my opinion, Shakur Stevenson can definitely beat Gervonta Davis, if Gervonta stays with his low punch output. Because if Gervonta waits for a mistake from Shakur, then he will struggle because Shakurs' defence is so good. So I think Shakur would be able to beat Tank by UD 👊
