Games 1-3 mid majors can compete with anyone in the country. It’s game 4/5 of a wknd where pitching depth is exposed. That’s the luxury of your power 5 schools. You cant judge a team as being “bad” when you get to regional Sunday lol. Ramp up scholarship # and that could change

For baseball junkies, Landon Sims is a great example of what high spin rate is. Typical 94-95 doesn’t normally generate these kind of swing n misses. His vertical drop is so minimal that causes hitters to swing under his fastball. Spin rate fights against gravitational drop.

BREAKING: The @IvyLeague will announce that it will not have conference games and will not allow Ivy teams to play each other as ‘non-conference’ games this spring. Teams will be relegated to very ‘local’ games only. The Ivy will not have an automatic bid to the 2021 postseason.
