Finished a chapter before gaming with friends. It is my last chapter of the year.
I averaged 87,771 words per month.
Finished with 1,053,254 total for the year.
Published 7 books: LV4, BW8, AR5, DW3, LV5, BW9, AR6.
I hope to continue the trend going into next year.
Today we say goodbye to our disapproving sir, Fluff. Ten great years of love, and disapproving stares. Your friends are waiting for you, Fluff. Enjoy the cream, bread, and catnip in kitty heaven.
Going to miss the fuck out of you buddy.
I figured out today I’m just a quest giver NPC. I paid the plumber to fix a problem and it struck me, I issued him a quest than paid him at completion. Not the first quest I’ve issued either.
Sorry about the lack of posts folks, been busy.
DragonCon is coming up and I have things to prepare. On a positive note, I did finish writing BW9. So off to editors while I'm gone.
A mini-vacation for the Con. Though my laptop will be with me, just in case.
So weird twist...I might be on panels during
@DragonCon
. Was not expecting that. Things are tentative according to the email, so will share once they are final. But yeah...public speaking...oh gods.
Update: puppy isn’t bleeding as badly now. He’s had small drops since the vet. So we hope he’s on the mend.
He slammed his snout into the fence to get it open, burst a vessel inside his long snoot. So every exhale was a spray of blood. The house was a crime scene for a bit.
I won't have any updates for a couple of days.
Our Baby huss at the vet is struggling to breathe even in Oxygen. We're going in today to say our goodbyes, so she can pass peacefully.
Sadly Fluff, the best boy, is barely eating now too. We've scheduled with the vet to come out and
Chapter done. That puts the finish on Luck's Voice 8. There will be a Luck's Voice 9, but 9 will end the series. Every plot point I wanted to hit at the start of the series will see the page before the series wraps.
What a fun book.
Guess I start on Aether's 9 tomorrow.
It's been longer than two months, so it's time to say it again. Leave reviews! They matter folks, even more so for indie authors. Reviews help promote our books. So take a few seconds and leave a star rating and a few words. Not just for my books, but all books that you read.
All the headaches I've been dealing with might be blood pressure problems. Had a fun night at the urgent clinic last night.
Hopefully the BP med helps bring it down and the headaches will stop
Andrea finished recording Antecedents' Legacy. The catch here is it's signed on with Podium, so no idea when the audio will be available.
I'm also audio proofing AR6 right now, so that is getting closer to going to Audible.
Chapters are also still getting done. Busy, busy.
For those waiting for the next book. I have a preorder for you.
Everything had changed for Zander Greaves over the last few weeks. He’d gone from being a private military contractor with his squad in the Middle East to being isekai-ed into a different
Well that puts a cap on LV5. I'll take a day or two to refresh for BW as that's the next one I write.
There's also a live chat today in 3-ish hours on Twitch.
