An Ex-serviceman Rally was held at Kollam Kerala on 02 Feb 2019 under HQ Dakshin Bharat Area. A total of 1220 ESM and their families attended the rally which was org in a professional and befitting manner. GOC DBA addressed the gathering and stressed upon army as a family.
