Puppetry tip: Hold the control bar firmly. Your fingers should move lightly and slowly when manipulating the strings, otherwise they will tangle.

Puppetry tip: Each puppet is different when it comes to weight and balance. Spend some time familiarising yourself with how your puppet moves and how strings move certain parts.
