(11) I told my family about the test results, and my brother made me get psychological and psychiatric help, they of course diagnosticated me with depression Tbh, if he wouldn't made me do it, i would still be suffering without noticing

(3) Starting this month, most especifically on april 1st at university, we had done some psychological tests about study and personal stuff, all was normal except for the depression one, that one was the "Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale" test, in which I got "high depression"

(8) That was my first sign of depression Thankfully, I found someone, they made me know i wasn't alone, and they motivated me to keep going, but i wasn't cured, those thoughts never dissapeared, time passed and the only thing i could do was distract myself from those thoughts
