Today we have been discussing all things Harvest which made us recognise how hard farmers work all year round so that there is food for us to buy🥰This inspired us to create our own ‘Farm Shop’ and we started by visiting the Big Bocs Bwyd to give us some ideas💫 @cwmffrwdoer

The children want a Christmas tree on their cards this year🥰We looked at designs and found the perfect ones which use real branches. Using our tree identification sheet and the help of @Mr_ManningCwmf we went on a hunt to find conifer and Scottish pine trees🌲💫 @cwmffrwdoer

Another fantastic morning in Dosbarth Pebble🥰Today the children started exploring their Nursery garden. They worked as a team to build a ‘car’ using the large loose parts, made some delicious meals in the mud kitchen and practised mark making with water and brushes🥰 @cwmffrwdoer

The rain did not stop us this afternoon! A BIG thank you to @Mr_ManningCwmf for helping us to plant some broad beans and onions in our Nursery garden this afternoon. We cannot wait to look after them as a team and watch them grow💫🥰 @cwmffrwdoer

We loved reading our book ‘FunnyBones’☠️ We created our own skeletons and and had some fabulous discussions about the different bones in our bodies💀We also painted the characters whilst singing our new song we learnt from the story🤭❤️ @cwmffrwdoer

We had the cosiest morning in Dosbarth Pebble🥰 It was so lovely to see the children in their Christmas pyjamas with their favourite teddies, blankets and pillows❤️ We enjoyed a Christmas film and had lots of snacks, the perfect morning together 🥰 @cwmffrwdoer

There were some interesting objects waiting for us this afternoon🤩 We had a big discussion on how they were all connected and together,we identified that they were all types of transport! This inspired us to go on a transport hunt to see what else we could find😍 @cwmffrwdoer

Today we explored our school environment! We visited the chickens, the rabbits and then we had lots of fun down the forest! We enjoyed exploring, climbing, balancing and mini-beast hunting. The children were very careful and gentle with the creatures they found🥰💫 @cwmffrwdoer

I was very proud of O for showing lots of determination and resilience💫He spent his afternoon at the woodwork table building a ‘flying car’. He designed and built it himself and didn’t give up even when ‘the wheels kept falling off’. It was absolutely fantastic 👏❤️ @cwmffrwdoer
