will create a first-come, first-serve system providing certainty to workers & families & enabling US companies to flourish in a global economy as they hire the brightest people to create products, services & jobs—regardless of where they were born.
My new bill, the Li Wenliang Public Health Accountability Act, named after the heroic Chinese whistleblower, enables the United States to set a global standard of transparency.
The people of Hong Kong have demonstrated a desire to fight for the freedom-based American values we hold dear. The Hong Kong Safe Harbor Act will empower Hong Kongers to continue their fight for freedom while letting them know the U.S. has their back.
The bipartisan EAGLE Act will create a more fair employment-based visa system by eliminating per-country limitations & creating a first-come, first-served system focused on merit instead of country of origin.
I just left the Lt Governor's office where I filed to run for U.S. Senate! 🇺🇸 I’ll keep working hard to get things done for Utah & make our state an even better place. Together, we can ensure America has a bright future. Join me by donating/volunteering at

during my time as Provo Mayor & now as a member of the US House of Representatives. He's a proven leader & consistent conservative. He has a strong track record of standing up for Utah values: strong families, limited government & economic opportunity.
It’s encouraging to hear from friends urging me to run for Senate. Sue & I are grateful for Utahns’ trust. Your appreciation for the work my team and I do in Congress is heartening. Be it in the House or Senate, there's much to accomplish & I look forward to getting things done.

Utahns! It’s an important day today. J. Dawgs, the best hot dog place in the world is celebrating its 20th anniversary. Kudos to Jason and his team on their success.
I am grateful to see my brand of Utah conservatism resonating with voters. I believe Utahns define themselves not by partisan labels but by Utah values—values that I am proud to represent.
Yesterday I officially resigned as Provo Mayor and was sworn in as US Representative for Utah’s Third Congressional District! I feel fortunate to be able to continue on as a public servant and represent you in Congress.
Take-aways from the 1st episode of Carly Fiorina’s new podcast:
1. Leaders are those who solve problems.
2. We don’t solve problems unless we collaborate with people different from ourselves.
3. Those closest to a problem best understand how to solve it.
I couldn’t agree more
My new podcast, By Example, is out today!
We'll lift up real leaders, people focused on changing the order of things for the better & solving real problems that are right in front of them – leading By Example.

As Lt. Governor,
@SpencerJCox
guided our state through the most prosperous decade in our history. Over the past few months, he has helped lead our State through one of the most challenging periods we’ve ever faced.
A recent Hinckley Institute poll shows we have the support of 56% of Utah voters. When undecided voters weighed in, our support grew to 71%! Our message of Utah values & getting things done is resonating. We will continue to work hard to earn every vote.
It's against Utah values to put children at risk by forcibly separating them from their families. Congress needs to protect both the family & our country through immigration reform. I'm working w/ my colleagues right now to ensure we keep families together
Congress shouldn't get paid during a shutdown and I've introduced a bill to make it happen. The "No Work, No Pay Act" will prohibit Senators and Representatives from being paid and will hold them accountable to find common ground to solve this funding impasse.
I'm grateful for the encouragement I received from around the state to enter the U.S. Senate race. I'm entering the race in a strong position and I hope you'll join me. Together, we'll get America back on track.
I'm honored by Blake's support. In the Senate, I'm eager to work with him on key issues that impact Utah -- standing against Chinese influence, protecting our lands, securing the border, and opposing the Biden administration's spending.
I am incredibly grateful for the strong support from Utah voters, as shown by the latest poll giving us 41% support in the U.S. Senate race. This overwhelming response confirms that our message of fighting for Utah values is resonating with many of you.
My team and I have worked very hard for the last six years to become effective in the House. It’s now time to make this investment count by pursuing my priorities with resolve.

The scourge of human trafficking must be fought from every angle. I'm proud to join with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to help introduce this legislation that will choke off traffickers’ access to financial institutions.

Due to the change in the congressional schedule, I ended up having to stay in Washington this weekend for votes. So thankful that my incredible wife Sue was able to fill in for me at the Utah County Convention. I’m grateful to have Sue by my side in this campaign.

I’m proud to see unanimous passage of my bill, the TAIPEI Act, which strengthens Taiwan’s position in the world by promoting free trade negotiations, supporting Taiwan’s participation in international organizations & protecting its relations w/ its allies.
Thank you voters for your support and trust in me! I am honored to be able to continue representing you in Congress. Thank you Utah 3rd Congressional District!

emails. Lots of good thoughts and serious concern. Love them all (except the form letters).

Sue and I just mailed in our ballots! Spoiler alert: I voted for myself. 😉 Don’t forget to mail in your ballot and ensure it’s postmarked by June 24th.
Utah isn’t about to submit to arbitrary, subjective, and politicized standards. I join with
@MarloOaks
in opposing attempts to impose ESG metrics on Utah’s credit score.
I am honored to be selected again as the GOP nominee for Utah’s 3rd Congressional District. I could not have done it without each one of you. So many of you did so much to make this happen. Thank you for believing in me and for trusting me with the Republican nomination.
Thank you for your continued support! It is one of the greatest honors of my life to represent you in Congress. I’m very pleased to have the confirmation from voters that we are on the right track. Thank you Utah 3rd Congressional District!
It is deeply concerning to have witnessed President Biden's decline during his time in the White House. His decision to not seek a second term is the best for our country. We have watched Democrats spend the past four years driving up inflation, destroying our border security,
I am honored to be selected again as the GOP nominee for Utah’s 3rd Congressional District. I could not have done it without each one of you. Thank you for your support and placing your trust in me with your vote.
I was able to talk to the president, look him in the eye and tell him that Utahns want families to stay together. It’s all about families and they need to be protected. I wanted to make sure he heard from me personally how important this was to Utah.
I am deeply honored to receive the endorsement of my esteemed colleague, Chris Stewart. Throughout our time serving together, Chris has been a steadfast advocate for Utah, and I am proud to have his support as we work to bring Utah's voice to the Senate.
I am grateful for the bravery, courage, and honor shown on December 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor. May we never forget the sacrifice of our service men and women and always treasure the freedoms many have died to protect.
Thank you, Utah GOP delegates for giving me 58.75% of the vote at convention today. We have now qualified for the ballot following both legal paths!

The health of a political party is in the hands of its delegates:
Delegates determine which candidates to put on the ballot, elect party leaders, & vote on proposals to change party rules. Please attend your caucus on Tuesday at 7pm & elect good delegates.
When the partial government shutdown began in December, I immediately sent instructions to the Clerk of the House to halt my pay. To ensure this is the standard, I introduced the No Work, No Pay Act of 2019 (H.R. 26).
This is the first time in my life I'm doing something I cannot do myself. I've learned whether it's volunteer hours or emotional support or financial donations. - I just can't do it without all of you. So many thanks to everyone!
Today, I filed a notice of intent to gather signatures for the 3rd Congressional District for the 2018 election.
The work we have accomplished in my first sixty days in Congress has given me tremendous confidence about what we can do for Utah families and communities. (1/2)
Thank you to everyone who believed in our message of getting things done and working together. As we move forward to the general election, we're hitting the ground running. We'll be making our case to every Utahn about why I hope to be your next senator.
Meet my incredible wife, Sue, who knows me best! As a proven conservative, I've fought hard against Biden's radical policies, reclaimed land for Utah from D.C., and stood up to China even when they threatened to arrest me. Plus, I've got the best socks around! 😉
